General

Use of Information

In order that Cup may provide service to you as a client we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, your name, address, phone number and credit card number. By providing this information to Cup you agree to allow us to utilize this information to complete your requests. You also agree to allow us to disclose that information to our business partners and affiliates on a confidential basis if we require to do so in the normal course of completing your requests.

E-mail Addresses

Cup do not rent, swap, loan or sell e-mail addresses to third parties.

Mailing List Membership

If you have joined the Cup mailing list you are agreeing that we may send you promotional materials using either the e-mail or the mailing addresses you have provided. If you no longer wish to receive these updates or you wish to unsubscribe from Cup mailing list please e-mail cup-info@f1.co.nz

Security

Cup has a number of technological and operational security functions in place to protect the confidentiality of personal information. Even though every care is taken to protect all sensitive information it must be recognised that a perfect and impenetrable security system does not exist anywhere not even on the Internet.

Personal and payment information that you submit to the F1 Webteam may often be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Cookies

 Cup may send your computer a "cookie," a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive. Cookies can allow Cup to make our Web site more useful to you. Cookies can not identify an individual user, although they can identify a user's computer. You may choose to set your browser's option to "not to accept cookies" although if you do you may not be able to access all of the features of the Cup site.
